Vintage
Pale, crystalline pink in color, the nose is highly aromatic, with notes of red fruit and citrus (orange zest and grapefruit). Supple, round and fresh on the palate (pomegranate, raspberry), with a long, fruity finish.

The soil is composed of dry gravel and the subsoil is clayey-silty-gravelly with traces of iron oxide known as “crasse de fer”.

4. Vineyard work
The plots are cultivated in the traditional way, with under-row weeding, controlled grass cover and mechanical leaf thinning. Green harvesting is used for this vintage.
5.winemaking
Destemming, sorting and limited skin maceration. Cold vinification at 12°. No malolactic fermentation.
