1. Grape varieties
100% merlot
2. Soils
The soil is composed of dry gravel and the subsoil is clayey-silty-gravelly with traces of iron oxide known as “crasse de fer”.

4. Vineyard work
The plots are cultivated in the traditional way, with under-row weeding, controlled grass cover and mechanical leaf thinning. Green harvesting is used for this vintage.
5.winemaking
Grapes are destemmed, sorted and cold-macerated for 5 days to extract maximum aromas. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are controlled by thermoregulation. Vatting time varies from 12 to 15 days depending on the vat.
6.breeding
The wine is matured and bottled on the estate.
